Several children learning: one account, one package?

From one account you can add all the family members: in the menu tap "Family accounts" and then "Add account". Every family member has their own account, with their own lessons and schedule, and you switch between them with "Go to account". You can pay together: for a pack with "Buy for family members", and for a course with one payment for everyone, with a family discount of 5% for two children and 10% for three or more.

Step by step

Sign in, open the menu and tap "Family accounts".
Tap "Add account".
Write the first name in the "First Name" field, and choose an age in "Age": 3 to 17 for children, or "Adult (18 or older)" for an adult family member. For an adult you can also add "Phone number (optional)".
Tap "Add". The message "Family account successfully created" appears, and a card with the name is added to the page.
To book a lesson for the family member, tap "Go to account" on their card. Their own "My Lessons" page opens, and you book and pay there as usual.

Paying for several family members together

A lesson pack: on the payment page for a pack tap "Buy for family members" and choose "Who is going to study". Each one gets their own pack, and the site gives a volume discount on the total lessons.

A course: every family member has a separate schedule and lessons, and one payment covers everyone. Family discount: 5% when two children learn on the same course, and 10% when three or more do. One course takes up to five children. The discount shows on the payment page, and a promo code can be added on top of it.

The exact price always shows on the payment page before you pay.

How you know it worked

The "Family Accounts" page shows a card for every family member. A child's card shows the next lesson, or "No lesson booked", and the number of lessons left.

Something not working?

After "Add account", "Verify your phone number" opens

First your phone number needs confirming. Tap "Send code", type the code you get, and then you can add family members.

You want to go back to your own account

Open "Family accounts" again and tap "Go to account" on your own card.

Messages about a child's lessons

Reminders and messages about the lessons of a child you added are sent on WhatsApp and by SMS to your number.

An error appears and the member is not added

Write to us on WhatsApp and we will check together.
