Lessons running out: how do you continue?
Pack or subscription?
A lesson pack never renews by itself. The "Renew the package" button buys the same pack again.
A subscription (a course or a monthly plan) renews automatically, and you can turn the renewal off with one tap on the "Subscription" page: for a course "Do not renew", for a monthly plan "Turn off renewal".
A course renews at the end of its term. 14 days before the renewal we write to you with the exact amount.
A monthly plan renews every month. After turning the renewal off, the paid month runs to its end and nothing more is charged.
Turning renewal off never ends the current course, and all the lessons stay yours.
How you know it worked
After paying, the new lessons appear on the "My Lessons" page under "Not Assigned", and you give them a time there.
