The date and time of every lesson appear on the lesson card on the "My Lessons" page, with the countdown "Meeting starts in". Times are shown in the account's time zone, which you can check in "Settings". About an hour before each lesson a reminder arrives on WhatsApp and by e-mail.
Sign in and open the "My Lessons" page.
Each lesson card shows the day, date and time, and a scheduled lesson also has a countdown: "Meeting starts in".
Times are shown in the account's time zone. In the menu, next to the name, "My time" shows the current time in that zone.
To check or change the time zone: in the menu choose "Settings", and on the "Account Settings" tab find the field "Timezone". After a change tap "Save changes".
About an hour before each lesson a reminder arrives on WhatsApp and by e-mail, and on Telegram if you connected the Telegram bot.
Before a trial lesson there are also reminders a day before and three hours before.
The e-mail reminder has a link to the lesson page.
"My time" in the menu shows the right time where you are, and the time on the lesson card is the time you will join the lesson.
Check "Timezone" in "Settings". If it isn't your zone, pick the right one and tap "Save changes".
In "Settings", on the "Notification" tab, check that "Whatsapp notifications" and "E-mail notifications" are on. Turning one off turns off all messages on that channel, reminders included. "News and special offers" does not affect lesson reminders.
