Games and homework: how do I assign them and see the results?

After the lesson, open the lesson card's menu and choose "Add homeworks". The homework text and the words are drafted from the lesson; check them, keep the game under "Practice Games" and click "Add homeworks". To see the results, click "View Summary" on the lesson card: the homework shows its status, the student's best result and how many times they played. "Mark as checked" adds your comment, and the student sees it.

    Step by step

    1. Open "Lessons" and find the held lesson. Click the menu button (the three dots) and choose "Add homeworks". You can also open it from "Clients": the student's menu, "Add homeworks".

    2. The "Homework" box is already filled in from the lesson, in the student's language. Edit it as you like.

    3. "Words from this lesson" shows the lesson's words: remove a word with its x, or add words under "Enter words" and "Add Words".

    4. Under "Practice Games" a game that suits the student's age is already selected. Click it again to give homework without a game. One game per homework.

    5. Click "Add homeworks". "Homework Added" appears, and the student sees the homework with the game.

    6. To see the results, click "View Summary" on the lesson card. Each homework shows "Pending", "Completed" or "Checked"; a game shows "Not done yet." or "Best result: 5 of 6" and "Times played".

    7. Click "Mark as checked", write a comment and click "Mark as checked" again. The homework shows "Checked" and your comment, and the student sees the comment with the homework.

    How you know it worked

"Homework Added" after step 5, and "Checked" after step 7.

    Something not working?

"Not enough words for this game. Add words or choose another game."

Word games need 4 to 10 words. Add words, or choose another game.

There is no "Words from this lesson"

The lesson has no words (the end-of-lesson form's "Enter words" was empty). Type the words under "Enter words".

    You played the game yourself

Your own plays are only a preview and are not counted.
